Automatic line for the production of Greek type yoghurt used for the production of yoghurt sauces of the Tzatziki type. The scope of the project included:
- Preparing milk mixtures in the system of automatic milk powder dispensing
- The line for pasteurising and homogenization of milk mixture with a tube retainer
- Fermentation tanks with the system of automatic valves of the Mixproof type
- CIP cleaning stations
