Since 2001 we have been holding the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate certificate in the field of design, manufacturing and service of the equipment and process lines for the dairy industry, issued by KEMA Quality – now DEKRA Certification.
We cooperate closely with the Office of Technical Inspection. We produce pressure and non-pressure equipment subject to the supervision of notified bodies.
We hold the welding procedure qualification records (Protokoły Uznania Technologii Spawania) issued by UDT – CERT within the range specified by PN-EN 288.3/A1 standard during manufacture, repair, modernisation and manufacturing of the devices subject to the Office of Technical Inspection, and the plastic processing qualification record (Protokół Uznania Technologii Przeróbki Plastycznej) in the field of winding and spin-forming of the technical equipment parts issued by the Office of Technical Inspection.
Our welders hold the qualification certificates – welding certificates issued by UDT – CERT for persons performing welded joints in the technical devices, in accordance with the EN 287-1:2004,WUDT/UC/2003 standard. We hold the certificates of qualification for persons performing the plastic processing and certificates of production supervision and quality control issued by UDT – CERT.
