Automatic line for the production of ripening cheeses of the Dutch type with the application of a continuous system for forming and pre-pressing the cheese mass. Pressing the cheese mass under the mirror of whey occurs in the column device. Formed blocks of cheese, after being cut to the desired height, are directed to moulds. Cheeses placed in moulds are subjected to individual pressing in the final press. After the final pressing, the cheese is directed to the salt bath, and the moulds are returned to further use after cleaning.
