Line for the production of wedge-shaped, cubed or rolled curd without the use of moulds. The technological process involves coagulation and processing of grain in the boiler, cooling the slurry, standardisation of grain, pressing, forming and unit portioning as well as cooling of the packaged product. The main part of the process takes place automatically, in airtight conditions and leads to a product of standard quality features and a standard unit weight. The portions of curd after forming are placed on the conveyor and transferred for packaging. Unit packages with curd are directed to cooling in a rotation tunnel.

The advantage of the line is continuous production of packaged curd at a temperature of storage.
