A system for reconstitution of powders, including milk proteins and stabilisers, ensures obtaining the homogeneous product of consistent quality. Filling with powders is done manually into the hopper, where it is suctioned to the liquid stream. The hopper, along with a discharging table and a pump, is located on a common support frame. The system can be equipped with a plate heat exchanger.
A system for normalisation allows for the addition of vegetable oils to the pasteurising installation. An oil dose is calculated in relation to the current flow of milk in the pasteuriser in an automated manner. The result of this process is an emulsified mixture of milk and oil. Depending on the needs of the Client, the system can be extended with a fat melting tank, from which the fat is dispensed at a constant temperature to the normalisation system.
