A „river” type salt bath is dedicated to cooperation with an automatic cheese processing line. The sizes of pools and the number of containers intended for salting are tailored to the individual needs of the cheese processing line cooperating with it. The cheese is transported and received to and from the brine pools with hydraulic transport with the flowing brine. Whereas the lifting and lowering of the containers takes place with a hoist.
The advantage of the proposed solution is very simple operation, and the possibility of salting cheese of different sizes.
