Line for the production of wedge-shaped, cubed or rolled curd without the use of moulds. The technological process involves coagulation and processing of grain in the boiler, cooling the slurry, standardization of grain, pressing, forming and unit portioning as well as cooling of the formed product. The main part of the process takes place automatically, in airtight conditions and leads to a product of standard quality features and a standard unit weight. Curd portions after forming are placed on metal trays, which after being stacked are transported to the cooling tunnel. The curd after cooling down is passed directly into packaging.

The advantage of the line is continuous production of formed curd at a temperature of packaging.
