The multi-variant line is designed for the production of a wide range of curd products, i.e. disintegrated curd, traditional curd (briquette), sweet masses of curd, curd with spices and cream or yoghurt, curd desserts. Such diversification allows to expand the production and market range at one implementation and hasten return on investment. The compact design of the line does not require a large space in the plant. Changing the manufactured product does not require retrofitting of equipment, but only the change in the position of drum whey separator, the output of which is directed appropriately for a given product process line.
DISINTEGRATED CURD (position 1)
Disintegrated curd. After being pressed in a drum whey separator, the curd grain is directed to the conveyor belt by means of which the curd is transferred directly to the packing machine. The pressing efficiency is regulated and adapted to the operation of the packaging machine.
TRADITIONAL CURB IN LUMPS (position 2)
Traditional curd (briquette): The curd obtained from the drum whey separator is directed to the buffer curd tank. The product in the tank is additionally cooled by the circulation of cold water in the water jacket and the cooling plate located inside the tank. Emptying of the tank is carried out by means of a screw pump being an integral part of the device. The tank serves as a buffer of the product prior to packaging, from which the curd is transported by pipeline to a packing machine or a screw mixer.
Sweet curd masses: The curd from the buffer tank is passed to the screw mixer. The mixer is designed for gentle, fast and accurate mixing of curd with additives such as sugar, raisins, dried fruits, sweetened condensed milk, and the like. The device consists of two independent screw stirrers of any direction and speed in the range of 0 ÷ 30 rev. / min. Emptying the mixer takes place by means of a screw pump which is an integral part of the device. The product after mixing is fed via a pipeline to the packing machine.
OTHER CURD PRODUCTS AND DESSERTS (position 3)
Curd with spices and sour cream or yoghurt: The curd obtained from the curd separator is directed to the creamer-type mixer set at an angle of 30o. Sour cream or yoghurt and additives in the form of spices or herbs are added to the curd collected in the mixer. In order to mix them, the tank is equipped with a stirrer with tilted blades operating at the tank walls. The rotations of the stirrer are adjustable within the range of 0÷18 rev./min. The mixer is equipped with a water jacket to allow further cooling of curd. After stirring, curd with additives is fed with the screw pump, which is an integral part of the tank to the packing machine.
Curd desserts (for children): The curd obtained from the curd separator is directed to the creamer-type mixer set at an angle of 30o. Cream or yoghurt is added to the curd collected in the tank. Functional additives in the form of vitamins, minerals and probiotics can be added to the curd. In order to mix them, the tank is equipped with a stirrer with tilted blades. The mixer is equipped with a water jacket to allow further cooling of curd. After stirring, curd with additives is fed with the screw pump to the colloid mill (homogeniser). After homogenisation, the cheese is directed to the packing machine. During the procedure of feeding white mass, fruit pulp is dosed in the flow. The result is a curd dessert for children.
