Automatic line for the production of ripening cheeses of the Dutch type with the application of a cyclic system for forming the cheese mass under a mirror of whey. We offer a pre-pressing vat for forming the cheese mass with an automatic slurry filling system, pressing in the vat, slicing and loading the cheese into moulds. After forming, cheese blocks are subjected to individual pressing in the final press. After the final pressing, the cheese is directed to the salt bath, and the moulds are returned to further use after cleaning.
