A modern curd processing line, fully controlled with a computer, with the application of Mixproof valves, allowing for the complete elimination of manual flow switching. The line consists of 12 boilers with a capacity of 12,000 litres each, two pipe coolers of slurry, two slurry standardisers, two storage tanks for curd. Proper selection of device parameters and operation of the line allows you to get a finished product directly to packaging, without the need for additional cooling.
