An automatic vat for pressing the Dutch-type and Tilsit cheese. The device is a part of a cheese-making line in a compact form, designed for forming and pressing of bricks of the Dutch-type cheese.
Operation of the pressing vat provides interoperability with the cheese vat with a capacity of 10,000 litres ensuring the optimal technological conditions of the production of Dutch-type and Tilsit cheese.
