A modern curd processing line, fully controlled with a computer, with the application of Mixproof valves. The line consists of four boilers with a capacity of 10,000 litres each, a tubular whey cooler, a whey standardisation unit with a continuous press, and a screw curd cooler. The operation of the line is fully controlled from the computer system of the customer.
