Line for the production of the crumbled and classic curd The line consists of three vats with a capacity of 15,000 litres each, a tubular whey cooler, a whey standardisation unit with a continuous press, screw curd cooler, and a transporter feeding the curd to packaging machines. Packaging the crumbled curd in a flow-pack packaging with a flat bottom and ready cups with a square section. Proper selection of device parameters and operation of the line allows you to get a finished product directly to packaging, without the need for additional cooling.
