Line for the production of pizza mozzarella cheese formed in blocks or „soft” mozzarella formed in balls and bars. The process line includes two cheese processing boilers, automatic vat for souring curd mass, a plasticiser, a device for forming blocks with initial cooling, a device for forming cheese balls, a cheese cooling vat, a brine preparation system, a packaging machine for cheese in brine.
