The line includes three boilers with the capacity of 10,000 l each, a device for filling the forms for the sliced curd with a system of draining and individual pressing, as well as a forming column for the moulded curd with a standard unit weight.
The line operates in a closed transport system of moulds and is additionally equipped with an automatic system for the application, removal and rotation of moulds. The obtained curd is automatically placed on trays which after being stacked are directed to the cold storage.
