Multi-variant line for the production of curd and curd mass in lumps or packed in cups with the addition of sour cream and fruit preparations. The line consists of three vats with a capacity of 10,000 litres each, a tubular whey cooler, a whey standardisation unit with a continuous press, screw curd cooler, curd storage tanks, creamers along with the devices for pasteurisation and souring cream or yoghurt.
