A fully automatic production line integrated with the SCADA system of the plant

A fully automatic production line with control associated with the SCADA system of the plant. The scope of the project included:

  • Taking milk from the storage of raw milk and washing station
  • Milk processing machine room which includes
    • a line for pasteurisation, centrifuge processing and normalisation of milk with a capacity of 15,000 l/h,
    • a line for pasteurising cream and mixtures for fermented beverages with a capacity of 6,000 l/h
    • a set of tanks for raw cream and the preparation of milk mixtures
  • A pasteurised milk storage – 3 storage tank silos with a capacity of 50,000 litres.
