Automatic line for the production of Dutch-type cheese and Swiss-Dutch cheese. The line consists of two boilers with a capacity of 12,000 litres each, a pre-pressing vat and the final press. In addition, the line is equipped with an automatic system for the application, removal, and rotation of moulds, blowing of cheese and slicing. The transport of forms and clamps takes place via a chain conveyor system with their simultaneous washing in a two-level tunnel washer.
