Line for the production of wedge-shaped, cubed or rolled curd without the use of moulds. The technological process involves coagulation and processing of grain in the boiler, cooling the slurry, standardisation of grain, pressing, forming and unit portioning. The main part of the process takes place automatically, in airtight conditions and leads to a product of standard quality features and a standard unit weight. Unit portions after forming are placed on metal trays, which after being stacked are transported to the cooling chamber.
The advantage of the line is its compact structure that allows for the placement of devices within a small area and an exceptionally low level of energy media, i.e. water, electricity, cleaning agents, etc.
